Amanda Sawyer of North Smithfield and Bryan Murray of Warwick have announced their engagement.

The future bride is a graduate of North Smithfield High School and Rhode Island College. She is a math teacher at East Providence High School.

The future groom is a graduate of Warwick Veterans Memorial High School and currently attends the Community College of Rhode Island. He serves in the Rhode Island Air National Guard and is employed by UPS.

The couple is planning a July 13, 2013 wedding at St. John the Evangelist Church, Slatersville.
