Point visitor

Posted

Earlier this winter snowy owls made Conimicut Point a popular spot to visit and then Friday a harp seal caused a stir when it chose to sun itself on the sand bar. An aquarium spokeswoman said yesterday there were no apparent injuries to the seal and it may have chosen the point for a rest. It was gone later that night.
