Two days after it started, the Barrington vs. Warren 9-10 All Star game finally concluded, with Barrington capturing an 8-3 win.

The game started on Wednesday afternoon, but teams were only able to play three innings before a thunderstorm and heavy rains forced officials to postpone the game until Thursday. The weather on Thursday was not much better, so the teams had to wait until Friday to finish the contest.

Barrington held a 4-1 lead after three innings were played on Wednesday. Warren took a 1-0 lead after the first inning, but Barrington battled back to tie the game in the second and built its lead with three runs in the third.

When the game resumed on Friday, Barrington doubled its score and held on for the win. The victory propelled Barrington into a game against East Providence on Sunday, while Warren was eliminated.

East Providence opened the tournament with a 15-14 win over Pineview and then dropped into the elimination bracket after an 8-7 loss to Rumford.
