PAINTING PUMPKINS: Pictured at FOOS were 5-year-old cousins Nora Peluso and Milania Peluso as they painted pumpkins during the festival this past Sunday. The 10th Annual Fall Out of Summer Festival (FOOS) became larger this past Sunday with a portion of Rolfe Square closed to traffic to add a full block party to the event. Presented by the Artists’ Exchange, Character’s Café and Theater 82, this annual event provides music, arts, vendors, games, food and more to the greater Cranston community.
