BASICS opens headquarters

BASICS, or Benefiting All Students In Cranston Schools, celebrated the opening its new headquarters at 250 East St. in Cranston with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Oct. 23. The event features family activities, games, live entertainment, balloon artistry from Anthony Marrapese of Reel to Real Studio, bounce houses, face painting, food, and prize bags for the first 50 kids who visited.
