49.0°, A Few Clouds
Between the Sheets with Wendy Brown
As an epicurean running a fine linens shop in Providence, Wendy Brown doesn’t compromise on quality in her Rumford home.
Wendy’s self-described “traditional meets transitional” modern design aesthetic creates a comfortable but cozy atmosphere with a polished finish.
The home, Wendy says, reflects what her store and philosophy is all about. “I love color – lots of color; color and texture.”
“It’s amazing what a little color can do.”
“We just did a little cosmetic updating and changed out the countertops. We replaced the countertops with Caesarstone.”
Wendy also practices what she preaches. “I am passionate about linens and textiles in all forms... Linens are one of those things that just feel good."
“It was a project we were willing to take on, and [were] excited to do it,”
