Bristol arrests: Officers threatened, B&E, disorderly conduct, and more

The Bristol Police Department made the following arrests last week:

Austin A. Toppa, 19, of 36 Davey Lane, Portsmouth, was charged with underage possession of alcohol at Bay View and High streets just before 1 a.m. July 25.

Jason A. Bailey, 34, of 27-1/2 Edward St., Newport, was charged with violating a no contact order, disorderly conduct and two counts of threats to a public official after police were called to Wood Street at 6:30 p.m. July 26 for reports of an argument between a man and a woman.

Philip W. Lotti, 23, of 15 Claremont Ave., Bristol, was charged with breaking and entering into a home of a person over 60 after another Claremont Avenue resident called police at 3:30 a.m. on July 28 to report and unknown person in his house.

Austin L. Cook, 29, of 27 First Ave., Apt. 3, Woonsocket, was arrested July 30 on a Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court for a previous charge.

Michael P. Bullock, 45, of 304 Market St., Warren, was charged with possession of narcotics on July 31.
