Exit Realty makes grand entrance in Johnston
For Victoria Pizzarelli, who owns and operates the Exit Realty Professionals at 1304 Atwood Avenue in Johnston, last Wednesday’s ribbon cutting ceremony also served as a homecoming of sorts.
A native New Yorker who came to Rhode Island 22 years ago, Pizzarelli lived in Johnston back in 2011 after residing in Coventry.
“I have always been drawn to the Johnston area,” Pizzarelli said. “It reminds me of the neighborhood I grew up in Queens. I also had taken over the Johnston territory of Exit Realty in September of 2017 and called my office Exit Realty Professionals.”
Pizzarelli, who has a dozen agents working out of her Atwood Avenue location, said she “always wanted to open a brokerage in Johnston. The town in my mind is the perfect spot as I have been saying it for years. Most of the highways meet in Johnston, the building of industry is increasing and you have your rural and suburban areas…it is a great town to be in.”
Pizzarelli, who received the red carpet treatment from Mayor Joseph Polisena during last week’s fun filled ribbon cutting ceremony, said, “Johnston is a great town to be in. As, being in Johnston, you are not far at all from anywhere in this state — it is centrally located.”
To which Polisena promptly replied, “We are really glad you’re here; on behalf of all the citizens of Johnston, I am honored to extend sincere congratulations upon opening your business and would like to express the hope for success and best wishes, now and in the years to come.”
After presenting Pizzarelli with an official commendation that featured the town seal, Polisena said, “We are really, really glad you decided to make Johnston your new home.”
Pizzarelli later told Polisena that “we have 12 realtors and have already out grown this location as far as office space is concerned. I am looking to relocate within this year but it will be in Johnston. I honestly didn’t expect to have so many realtors reaching out to join the brokers in such a short time span. It is very exciting watching the office grow so quickly.”
She also noted that being a broker with a brokerage in Johnston, “I feel is it our responsibility to become involved within the community as we are trying to sell a lifestyle here.”
Her agency also supports Homes for Hero’s Foundation along with Home Point Financial.
Pizzarelli explained that agents Maureen Fisher, Lora Fernandez, Vilma Ruiz, Katina Lemme, Monika Picard, Christopher Polinick, Cindy Fraelli, Neill Silva, Ryan Rappoport, Sharon Ruhle, Bill Kiriaki and Dana Gadoury all handle home sales and a number of other areas related to different types of real estate.
“Our administrators Jennifer Stott and Michelle Gambardella keep us all in line and we could not do what we do without them.”
