Hazel Anna Sousa, 78, Bristol

Hazel Anne (Olson) Sousa, 78, of Bristol, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, Oct. 3, 2016. 

She was the daughter of the late Leslie and Leah Olson. She is survived by her sons, Mark Luther and Greg Ormond and his wife, Paula; her brothers, Robert Olson and his wife Darlene, and William Olson; and several grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Dwight Luther.

At her request, no services will be held.
