The New Hope Art Gallery Summer Show opened on July 25 and was a great success. They had over 200 guests visit the gallery during the opening including Mayor Allan Fung who spent time talking to guests and took a tour of the show.

“Everyone had a wonderful time enjoying the amazing art, great music and good food.  It was a successful night for our 90 local, national, senior, special needs and student artists with 35 sales of small original art items from our 15 artist tables. We also had nine sales of art from our gallery walls which is a wonderful start to this 3-month show,” said Ricky Gagnon, Director/Curator of New Hope Art Gallery.

The show will run until late October. The New Hope Art Gallery is a nonprofit gallery that is run by a hard-working group of Volunteers including Assistant Curators Barbara Rosenbaum, David Koukol, Ted Dilucia and Refreshment Coordinators Lou and Zita Gagnon.

“If you did not get a chance to enjoy our opening please feel free to visit us during our regular Gallery Hours of Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. except holidays. Gagnon encouraged anyone interested to stop in for a visit and enjoy the Summer Show.
