Hurd donates to Johnston Little League

Chris Hurd and the Hurd Auto Mall continued their longstanding tradition of support to the John ston Little League for 2017 with a large donation of baseball equipment. This years donation included a hitting net, a portable protective L Screen, equipment bags, batting tees, score books, dozens of baseballs and a cash dona tion. All were delivered to League President Ed Bedrosian on March 30 at the Hurd Chevrolet Showroom.

"We love to support the game of baseball and Johnston is well known as a great baseball town," said Hurd Auto Mall CEO Chris Hurd.

The Hurd family has supported and sponsored Johnston Little League, Johnston Babe Ruth League, Johnston American Legion and Johnston Girls’ Softball.

"Our Company theme is “Baseball, Hot Dogs, Apple Pie, Hurd Chevrolet,” so we love the association with our town’s youth sports here," said Hurd.
