It’s a warp

The north shaft to the rental car and commuter parking garage on Jefferson Boulevard that ties into the Interlink is offering a glimpse of the future with an architect rendering of City Centre. The giant wrap was completed last week as part of efforts to promote development within the center, brand it and offer visual relief from the steel and concrete of the garage. It also will reduce the glare from the shaft, which should be of relief to customers at the Iron Horse Tavern across the street, notes Mayor Scott Avedisian. The wrap was funded under a grant that was also used to enhance pedestrian use of Coronado Road connecting Jefferson Boulevard and Post Road in the heart of City Centre. (Warwick Beacon photo)
