According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, these transactions represent two of the top five sales in Warwick so far this year. Further, in these top five sales, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty associates represented a total of five clients: more than any other brokerage.

The sellers of 625 Love Lane were represented by David Coleman, Barrington Office Manager and Heidi Farmer, Sales Associate: both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyers were represented by  Sarah Collins, Sales Associate: also with the firm. The sellers of 455 Narragansett Bay Avenue were represented by the Monaco Group, also with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

“This breathtaking, majestic English Tudor is sited on six acres of meticulous grounds embracing a truly unique opportunity of life on Love Lane,” Coleman said in a statement.

“Waterfront homes in Warwick Neck are not an easy find. This magnificent custom home offers water views from almost every room. It was an honor to represent my client in this transaction,” said Bettina Monaco of the Monaco Group.

Judy Chace, broker/co-owner of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty said, “These properties exude elegance in two of Warwick’s most-desired communities. Park-like, enchanting grounds on Love Lane and waterfront serenity on Narragansett Bay Avenue offer two unique, yet equally impressive opportunities for luxury living in Warwick.”

“As we continue to set record prices in the Warwick real estate market, we are grateful for the combined efforts of our associates throughout the state who make this possible,” said Ray Mott, broker/co-owner of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
