ASSAULT

Officer Dagnese arrested Alexander Sparks, 19, of 74 Sunset Terrace in Cranston on April 17 at about 3:39 p.m., for domestic disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault as the result of a call for service at 74 Sunset Terrace. He was arraigned and released.

DISORDERLY

On April 17 at about 6:20 p.m., Officer Robbins arrested Steven Martinez, 45, of 18 Maplehurst St., and third floor in Providence, and Wallace Gonsalves III, 46, of 134 Wheeler Ave. in Cranston for disorderly conduct as the result of a call for service at 134 Wheeler Ave. They were arraigned and released.

FALSE DOCUMENTS

Officer Smith arrested Vanessa Rodriguez, 42, of 28 Hillhurst Drive, Apt. 2, in Providence on April 12 at 8:10 a.m. for a warrant out of Cranston Police Department for giving false documents to a public official as the result of the subject turning herself in. She was then transported to court.

FRAUD

Following a call for service at the Rite Aid on Cranston Street on April 14 at 2:19 p.m., Officer Lavey arrested Kyle Mathews, 19, of 44 Asia St., Apt. 1, in Cranston, for embezzlement/ fraudulent conversion of $100. He was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

POSSESSION

Officer Hardy arrested Eric Knowles, 47, on April 17 at about 9:37 p.m., for a Superior Court bench warrant and possession pf a schedule I-V drug as the result of a call for service at 681 Reservoir Avenue. He was then held for arraignment.

SEX OFFENDER

On April 12 at 10:15 a.m., Officer Smith arrested Israel Withington, 45, of 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston for a warrant out of Cranston Police Department for a sexual offender address change as the result of a Providence Police Department arrest. He was transported to court.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

A motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Park Avenue and Mill Street on April 14 at 6:16 p.m. by Officer Travers led to the arrest of Daniel Parrilla, 22, of 21 Evergreen Drive, Apt. 80, in East Providence, for driving after denial, suspension/revocation of license, third offense. He was brought to the Third District Court to appear.

TRESPASSING

Carl Pacheco, 68, who is homeless, was arrested on April 17 at about 9 p.m. by Officer Lavey arrested for trespassing as the result of a call for service at 85 Briggs St. He was held for arraignment.

WARRANTS

On April 17 at about 11:44 p.m., Officer Smith arrested Shaylinda Wilkes, 22, for a Third District Court bench warrant as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Park Avenue at Magnolia Street. She was later transported to ACI.

Jonathan Tillinghast, 36, of 14 Marion Ave. in Cranston, was arrested on April 17 around 4:10 p.m. by Officer Hardy on a Cranston arrest affidavit as the result of a call for service at 205 Atwood Ave. He was arraigned and transported to the ACI.

Officer Travers arrested Tia Brockington, 33, of 108 Colfax St., second floor in Providence, on April 14 at 4:45 p.m. for a Sixth District Court bench warrant. Her arrest is the result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue. She was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

On April 12 at 9:00 a.m., Officer O’Leary arrested Todd Mitchell, 58, of 74 Lambert St., Apt. 112, in Cranston for two warrants out of the Cranston Police Department for violating a no contact order as the result of a public contact stop. He was then transported to court.
