SUPER BUST
Officer Darren Parrillo and several other members of the Warwick Police Department were dispatched to the Victoria Secret store at the Warwick Mall in reference to a shoplifting incident that had just occurred, with two females in custody.
At the scene, officers found Teshawnda Knight, 34, of 4 Ellis Street Apt. 4 in Hyde Park, Mass. and Eulanda Sequeira, 32, of 18 Sargent Avenue in Somerville, Mass., in custody. According to the report, an alarm was set off when Knight and Sequeira were exiting the store. Warwick Mall security, who happened to be in the vicinity at the time, stopped them and asked to check her bags, at which time Knight fled on foot. She was later detained outside near her vehicle. In the bags she was carrying were 80 assorted bras, valued at $4,136.
Sequeira, who had been in the store at the same time as Knight, was captured on video putting merchandise in bags. She was found to have taken 48 bras valued at $2,512. The women were arrested and transported to police headquarters where they were processed and charged with one count each of misdemeanor shoplifting.

MISSING MONEY
On May 14 around 9:30 p.m., Officer Michael Walker responded to the Centerville Road TGI Friday’s for a report of stolen money. At the restaurant the officer spoke with the reporting party, who stated she had arrived at work around 4 p.m. that day, and placed all of her belongings underneath the hostess stand while she worked. When she returned to get her belongings at 8 p.m., she discovered that her wallet was moved. She then grabbed her keys and wallet and left. When she left to buy gas after her shift, she realized she was missing over $300 from her wallet from her paycheck that she had just cashed.
While surveillance footage of the incident was unavailable at the time of the report, footage from that day would be forwarded to the police department by the restaurant. The reporting party indicated that she wished to press charges if a suspect was found.

CAR LARCENY
On May 18 at approximately 6:20 p.m., Officer James Wenneman was dispatched to Nekick Road for a report of a car larceny.
Once on scene the officer met with the reporting party, who stated that she had parked her vehicle in her driveway the night before at approximately 7:30 p.m. She also indicated that she had left the car unlocked. Around 3 a.m., the resident heard a suspicious sound outside, however no one was seen on the property.
The next morning, she found that her car’s center console was open and that her GPS system, valued at $350 was missing. While there are no suspects or witnesses, the victim does wish to pursue charges should one be found.

STOLEN MOTORCYCLE
Officer Timothy Kenyon was dispatched to a Warwick Avenue residence on May 13 around 4:45 p.m. for a stolen motorcycle report.
After meeting with the reporting party, he was advised that the man had purchased a green 2006 Kawasaki motorcycle around 11:30 a.m., and that he would return for it later in the day. When he returned, both the buyer and seller noticed the bike was gone. The officer was advised that the bike was not chained and that the steering was not locked.
There was no surveillance video of the incident, and the parties involved wish to press charges should a suspect be found.

STOLEN TOOLS
On May 16 around 6:30 a.m., Officer Charles Austin was dispatched to the LaQuinta Inn on Jefferson Boulevard for a report of a larceny from a vehicle.
At the hotel he met with the reporting party who stated he was at the hotel on business, and that four items were stolen from his company truck. The equipment taken included two Hilti grinders, a Hilti laser and a Hilti screw gun, with a combined estimated value of $1,100. The vehicle was undamaged, and the doors had been left unlocked.
There are currently no suspects or witnesses.

VANDALISM
Officer Ryan Lancaster responded to the planet fitness on Warwick Avenue on May 17 around 5:15 p.m. for a report of a larceny from a vehicle. Upon arrival he spoke with the victim who stated that her vehicle had been broken into and her bag was stolen while she was working out.
The car had been parked on the east side of the building away from the main doors. She told the officer that the car was parked and locked at approximately 4:30 p.m., and when she returned at 5:10 she found that her driver’s side window had been broken.
Taken from the car was a black leather wallet with a driver’s license, three credit cards and medical cards for the victim and her family. She was instructed to contact her financial institutions about the theft of the cards, and instructed to contact the police if any of her stolen cards were used.

BACK PACK TAKEN
On May 14 around 9:43 p.m., Officer Michael Walker responded to the Quaker Lane Texas Roadhouse for a report of a theft from a vehicle.
At the restaurant he spoke with the car’s owner, who stated that he had arrived at work at approximately 3:30 p.m., and when he returned at 9 p.m., he noticed his passenger side window had been smashed.
Missing was a small gray backpack which contained a philosophy book for school, a notebook computer, a Nintendo DS, and a flash drive that contained the victim’s schoolwork. Currently there are no suspects or witnesses, but the victim does wish to pursue criminal charges if suspects are found.
