ASSAULT

On Oct. 15 at 12:27 a.m., Officers Sirois and Medeiros arrested Aaron Lashus, 26, of 1164 Plainfield St. in Johnston for domestic simple assault/battery, domestic vandalism/malicious injury to property, and domestic disorderly conduct. His arrest was the result of a disturbance at 540 Reservoir Ave. that originated at 19 Woburn Street. He was held overnight as a Federal and State probation violator. Also arrested was arrested Shanon Mayo, 36, of 19 Woburn St. #2 in Cranston, for domestic simple assault/battery and domestic disorderly conduct. She was held overnight for arraignment in the morning.

Officers Fish and Burke arrested Earl Sanford, 38, of 955 Post Rd. in Warwick for domestic disorderly conduct and domestic simple assault on Oct. 14 at approximately 3:08 p.m. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at 1074 Pontiac Ave., and Sanford was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and later transported to the ACI Intake as a probation violator.

DISORDERLY

William Lane, 50, of 47 Morgan Avenue Apt. 78 in Johnston was arrested on Oct. 16 at 12:28 a.m. by Officer Mastrati for disorderly conduct and simple assault as a result of a disturbance call at 30 Leslie Ave. He was then held for arraignment.

After conducting a traffic stop at 1675 Cranston St. just after midnight on Oct. 14, Officer Russell arrested Patrick Buwee, 43 of 15 Knight St. in Cranston for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was then held for arraignment.

DRIVING TO ENDANGER

On Oct. 12 at approximately midnight, Officer O’Malley arrested Dwight Paneto, 39, of 20 Park St. Johnston, RI, for two counts of driving to endanger resulting in physical injury, reckless driving, obstruction of justice, and driving without a license third offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident with injuries in the area of 152 Fletcher Ave. He was held awaiting arraignment in the morning upon release from hospital.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Officer Rocchio arrested Nicholas Bradshaw, 38, of 65 Governors Hill, West Warwick, for driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test following a rollover motor vehicle crash at Natick Avenue and Canton Court on Oct. 14 at 3:07 a.m. He was held overnight awaiting arraignment in the morning.

NO CONTACT

On October 12 at 10:30 p.m., Officer Medeiros arrested Radames J. Tilson, 29, of 271 Stillwater Dr. in Warwick for a violation of a no contact order as a result of the suspect turning himself in at headquarters. He was held for arraignment.

OBSTRUCTION

Following a traffic stop on Cranston Street on Oct. 15 at 1:31 p.m., Officer Travers arrested Joshua Ortiz, 26, of 43 Devonshire St., Providence, for obstruction. He was held for arraignment pending arrival of a Justice of the Peace.

POSSESSION

On Oct. 16 at approximately 10:45 a.m., Detective Fuoroli arrested Helio Sousa, 41, of 426 Farmington Ave., Cranston for one count of manufacturing/possession/delivery of cocaine as a result of a vehicle stop. Sousa was then held for arraignment.

Justina M. Zarski, 31, of 23 Fletcher St., Warwick, was arrested on Oct. 12 at 8:35 p.m. by Officer Troiano for six counts of possession of a schedule I-V drug as a result of a traffic stop at Broad Street and Norwood Avenue. She was held for arraignment.

As a result of an ongoing investigation, on Oct. 12 at 2:30 p.m., Officer Casaceli, along with members of Cranston Police Department and the FBI, arrested Carlos Gonzalez, 23, of 184 Holden St., Providence for one count of possession with intent to deliver a schedule I-V drug (crack cocaine). He was held for arraignment.

SHOPLIFTING

Officer C. Dempsey arrested Bryan Giordano, 40, of 13 Franklin St. in Lincoln, New Hampshire on Oct. 13 at 8:23 a.m. for two counts of shoplifting, one count of conspiracy to shoplift, obtaining money under false pretenses, and one count of conspiracy to obtain money under false pretenses as a result of a call for service at the Walmart on 1776 Plainfield Pike. He was held for arraignment.

STOLEN GOODS

As a result of a traffic stop at 575 Dyer Avenue on Oct. 13 at 12:27 a.m., Officer Smith arrested Anthony P. Merchan Zapata, 19, of 139 Oxford St. in Cranston for receiving stolen goods as a result of a traffic stop at 575 Dyer Ave. He was held for arraignment. SUSPENDED LICENSE

William Rudacevsky, 61, of 121 Richard St #1 in Cranston, was arrested on Oct. 14 at 12:35 p.m. by Officer Corvese for driving on a suspended license, third offense, following a traffic stop on New London Avenue. He was issued a summons to appear at the Third District Court. TRESPASSING

On Oct. 14 at 4:23 a.m., Officer Smith arrested Cameron P. Roy, 74 of 12 Hamilton Rd. in Cranston for willful trespass as a result of a suspicious person call. He was then held for arraignment.

WARRANTS

Officer Lavey arrested Leslyvanna Espinal, 27, of 8 Miller Ave., Providence, for reckless driving/eluding on Oct. 16 at 8:08 a.m. Espinal’s arrest was the result of subject turning herself in on a Cranston Police warrant, and she was later transported to the Third District Court.

Steven Marsden, 28, of 33 Woodmont St. in Providence, was arrested on Oct. 16 at 12:34 p.m. by Officer Merry for a Superior Court bench warrant. His arrest was the result of subject turning herself in on a Cranston Police warrant, and he was later transported to Superior Court.

Around 7:59 a.m. on Oct. 15, Officer Comella arrested Harold Valle, 26, of 20 Park St. #115 in Johnston for a Superior Court bench warrant. His arrest was the result of a call for service on Elmwood Ave., and he was later transported to the ACI.

Following an investigatory stop on Cranston Street on Oct. 15 at 8:46 a.m., Officer Travers arrested Thaddeus Farman, 36, of 161 Franklin Ave. #3 in Cranston for a Superior Court bench warrant. He was then transported to the ACI.

Officer Travers arrested Valorie Stone, 27, of 87 Blackstone St. in Woonsocket on Oct. 15 at 11:09 a.m. for a Sixth District Court bench warrant. Her arrest was the result of an investigatory stop on Cranston Street. She was then transported to the ACI.

Delven Carvalho-Centeio, 19, of 20 Harlem Street in Boston, Mass., was arrested on Oct. 14 at approximately 9:45 p.m. for an outstanding Sixth District Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of New London Avenue and Meshanticut Valley Parkway after investigating a suspicious vehicle exiting the Econo Lodge parking lot. He was then transferred to the ACI Intake.

Around 10:54 a.m. on Oct. 14, Officer Corvese arrested Davion Portes, 19, of 153 Narragansett St. in Cranston for a Third District Court bench warrant. His arrest is the result of a call for service on Narragansett Street, and he was later transported to the ACI.

Following a traffic stop on Park Avenue on Oct. 14 at 1:29 p.m., Officer Korkuc arrested Paul Wilde, 51, of 24 Farmington Ave. in Providence for an arrest warrant from the Providence Police Department. He was then turned over to Providence PD.

Officer Lequale arrested Rebecca Ball, 27, of 132 Norfolk St. in Cranston on Oct. 13 at 10:46 p.m. for a Superior Court Bench Warrant as a result of a disturbance call at 132 Norfolk St.. She was then transferred to the ACI.

Around 7:35 p.m. on Oct. 13, Officer Leonard arrested Luis Reyes, 35, of 5 Reeves Pl. in Cranston for a bench warrant as a result of a traffic stop at 1159 Cranston St.. He was transferred to the ACI.
