CYBERSTALKING

On Jan. 24 at 7:20 a.m. Officer Comella arrested Jacqueline Blakney, 48, of 96 Hadley Ave. in Johnston for cyberstalking and cyberharassment prohibited. Her arrest was the result of the suspect turning herself into Cranston Police Headquarters. She was then transported to the Third District Court.

DISORDERLY

As a result of a threat complaint on Jan. 29 at 3:57 p.m., Officer Laquale arrested Robert M. Tirocchi, 22, of 199 Deerfield Road in Cranston for domestic disorderly conduct. He was then held for arraignment.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

On Jan. 27 at 1:00 a.m., Sergeant Damico arrested Leslivana Espinal, 27 of 8 Miller Avenue #7, Providence for DUI BAC Unknown, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test 2nd Offense, Possession of Schedule I-V & Simple Assault as a result of a traffic stop at 109 Fletcher Avenue. Espinal was held for arraignment.

POSSESSION

At 7:52 p.m. on Jan. 25, the Special Investigations Unit arrested Joslyn Perez, 26, of 141 Alpine Estates Drive in Cranston for one count of possession of a Schedule II (Oxycodone) drug as a result of a search warrant executed at 141 Alpine Estates Drive in Cranston. She was then held for arraignment.

POSSESSION OF WEAPONS

Wayne Johnson, 30, of 44 Grape St. in Providence was arrested on Jan. 28 at 9:51 a.m. by Officer Henry for driving after a suspension of license and possession of weapons other than firearms as a result of motor vehicle stop. He was held for arraignment.

SEX OFFENDER ADDRESS

On Jan. 29 at 9:55 a.m., Officer Lee arrested Todd Belovitch, 57, of 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston for failure to complete a sex offender change of address. He was then transported to court for arraignment.

Det. Lee arrested Bruce Peavy, 64, of 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston for a sex offender registration required on Jan. 25 at 2:30 p.m. The arrest was the result of an on-going investigation and attempt pick up 190 Chatham Street, Providence. He was then held for arraignment.

SEXUAL ASSAULT

Officer Murray arrested Jeffrey Harrop, 28, of 49 Linden Street in Pawtucket on Jan. 29 at 9:47 p.m. for domestic first degree sexual assault as a result of a warrant pickup by Pawtucket Police. Harrop was then held for arraignment.

SHOPLIFTING

On Jan. 29 at 11:34 p.m., Officer Brown arrested Meaghan Dube, 37, of 31 Old Carriage Road #66 in West Warwick for Shoplifting as a result of a larceny call from the Walgreens at 1010 Park Avenue, She was then held for arraignment.

Officer Langlais arrested Carlos J. Carromero, 49, of Berkshire St. in Providence on Jan. 28 at 2:07 p.m. for shoplifting as a result of a call for service at the Stop & Shop located at 204 Garfield Ave. He was held awaiting arraignment by a bail commissioner.

James R. Smith, 37 of 126 Garden Street #2 in Cranston was arrested on Jan. 28 at 1:24 a.m. by Officer Leclair for felony shoplifting and resisting arrest as a result of a larceny call at the CVS at 681 Reservoir Avenue. He was then held for arraignment. STOLEN GOODS

On Jan. 27 at 9:30 a.m. Officers Burns and Neri arrested William Link, 52, of 85 Briggs St. #405 in Cranston for larceny and receiving Stolen Goods. The arrest was a result of an attempted pickup on a Cranston Police Warrant. Link was held for arraignment pending arrival of a Justice of the Peace.

STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE

As a result of a call for service for a stolen motor vehicle report at 34 North Vale on Jan. 28 at 8:30 a.m., Officers Neri and Burns arrested Kurt Ficocelli, 31, 34 North Vale in Cranston for violation of a no contact order and a Sixth District court bench warrant. Also arrested was Chelsea Balestracci, 25, of 34 North Vale for obstruction and fugitive from justice charges. Both were then held for arraignment.

VANDALISM

On Jan. 24 just after midnight Officer Medeiros arrested Andrea Nobile, 40, of 20 Park St. #140 in Johnston for domestic vandalism. Her arrest was the result of an officer initiated suspicious activity investigation in the area of 45 Poplar Dr. She was then held for arraignment.

WARRANTS

On Jan. 27 at 12:14 p.m., Detective Lee arrested Carlos Lopez, 65, with a last known address of 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston for six Providence Superior Court full bench warrants. The arrest was the result of Lopez coming into Cranston Police Headquarters attempting to complete a sex offender registration with Officer B. Davis. He was then turned over to the ACI.
