ASSAULT

Officer Austin Smith arrested Savoung Yon, 33, of 84 Governor St. on Feb. 10 at 3:18 a.m. for domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct. The arrest is a result of a disturbance at 84 Governor St. Yon was then held awaiting arraignment.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

On Feb. 10 at 1:23 a.m., Officer Comella arrested Michael Hagan, 24, of 11 Mayfair Rd. for driving under the influence first offense. The arrest is a result of a motor vehicle stop at Park Ave. and Bowen St. He was then held for arraignment.

NO CONTACT

Following a disturbance call at the Panera Bread at 4000 Chapel View Blvd. on Feb. 9 at approximately 9:10 p.m., Officer Smith arrested Justin Duran, 27, of 68 Hawthorne St. 1st floor in Cranston for violation of a no contact order. He was held awaiting arraignment as a bail violator. OBSTRUCTION

On Feb. 10 at 8:24 p.m. Officer Leonard arrested Meaghan Dube, 37, of 6 Hampshire Rd. in Cranston for obstructing an officer in the execution of duty as a result of an affidavit warrant pick up. She was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to ACI as a bail violator.

POSSESSION

Officer Burns arrested David J. Leblanc, 32 of 259 Buttonwoods Avenue, Warwick for possession of a schedule I-V drug and a Superior Court bench warrant a result of a warrant pick up at 101 New London Avenue. He was then held for arraignment.

On Feb. 8 at 4:28 a.m. Officers Rocchio and Burns arrested Lance Eugene Russell, 37, of 85 Colfax St. in Providence for manufacturing/possession/distribution of a schedule II drug (cocaine). His arrest was the result of a suspicious activity call at 85 Briggs St.

SHOPLIFTING

Officer Viens arrested Joseph Caparrelli, 52, of 12 Halligan St. in Providence on Feb. 12 at 12:19 hours for shoplifting. His arrest is the result of a pickup at Rhode Island State Police Wickford Barracks.He was held awaiting arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

On Feb. 13 at 2:56 a.m., Officer Smith arrested Alisa Burns, 23, of 127 Potter Hill Rd. in Westerly, for driving with suspended license fourth offense. Her arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop at Route 10 and Reservoir Ave. She was given a Third District Court summons to appear.

VANDALISM

Officer Leonard arrested Damian Celeberto, 37, of 6 Hampshire Rd. in Cranston on Feb. 10 at 8:24 p.m. for vandalism/malicious injury to property as a result of an affidavit warrant pick up.He was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to ACI as a probation violator.

WARRANTS

Kevin Lee Wulff, 45, of 355 Hardig Road Apt.# B210 in Warwick was arrested on Feb. 12 at 1:26 p.m. by Detective Skodras for one count of warrant of arrest on affidavit, and two counts of Superior Court bench warrants as a result of observing and recognizing him as a wanted person in the area of Walgreens on Broad Street, Cranston. Wulff was taken into custody after a motor vehicle stop by Patrol.

On Feb 12 at 1:26 a.m. Detective Skodras arrested Lori Wulff, 47, of 355 Hardig Road Apt.# B210, Warwick for one count of a District Court bench warrant as a result of observing and recognizing a male party that she was in the company of as a wanted person in the area of Walgreens on Broad Street, Cranston. She was taken into custody after a motor vehicle stop by Patrol and arraigned at the Third District Court.

Officer Corvese arrested Michael Gomes, 31, of 254 Washington St. Apt. 607 in Providence on Feb. 11 at 6:57 p.m. for a Superior Court Bench Warrant as a result of a traffic stop on Standish Ave. Gomes was transported to the ACI Men’s Intake.

On Feb. 11 at 8:40 p.m. Officer Corvese arrested Luis Estrada, 34, of 74 Chestnut Ave. in Cranston for a Third District Court bench warrant as a result of a traffic stop on Randall St. He was transported to the ACI Men’s Intake.

WEAPONS

Officer Smith arrested Daniel Shepard, 40, of 262 Hamilton St. in Providence, for a Superior Court bench warrant and weapons other than firearms prohibited. His arrest is the result of a motor vehicle stop at Route 10/Reservoir Ave. Shepard was held overnight for arraignment at Third District Court.
