ASSAULT

On April 6 at 1:14 a.m., Officer Merry arrested Lloyd Wesley, 31, of 22 Myra St. in Providence for domestic simple assault, domestic failure to relinquish the telephone and violation of a protective order. The arrest is a result of a call of disturbance from the Econo Lodge at 101 New London Ave. He was then held awaiting arraignment.

As a result of an ongoing investigation into a disturbance that occurred at Brayton Park, at 55 Brayton Ave. on April 4 at approximately 4:57 p.m. Officer Jaworski arrested Kimberly Irwin, 48, of 33 Rockcrest Dr. in Cranston for simple assault and disorderly conduct. She was later arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

DISORDERLY

Officer Langlais arrested John Sepulveda, 32, of 94 Calaman Rd. in Cranston on April 5 at 11:01 p.m. for domestic disorderly conduct as a result of a disturbance at the aforementioned location. He was then held for arraignment.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

As a result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Avenue at Route 37 on April 8 at 1:42 a.m., Sgt. Rutkiewicz arrested Lindsey Sherman, 31, of 102 Windmill Lane in Somerset, Mass., for driving under the influence. She was held for arraignment.

POSSESSION

Officer Reis arrested Tyson Phetasayakoth, 19, of 24 Dixwell Ave. in Cranston on April 5 at 5:50 p.m. for the manufacture / possession / delivery of a schedule II narcotic as a result of a traffic stop on Broadmoor Road. He was then held for morning arraignment.

On April 5 at 12:40 p.m. the Special Investigations Unit arrested Juan C. Pagan, 37, of 45 Salmon St. Apt. #301 in Providence for one count of possession of a schedule II drug (Fentanyl), one count of controlled substance conspiracy, and one count of resisting arrest as a result of a drug transaction at 535 Reservoir Ave., Cranston. He was later released with a court summons. Also arrested was Emanuel Florentino Rosa, 23 of 61 Salmon St. Apt. #103, Providence for one count of delivery of a schedule II drug (Fentanyl), one count of controlled substance conspiracy, one count of reckless driving, drag racing, eluding police and one count of driving with a suspended license. He was then held for arraignment.

PROTECTIVE ORDERS

Officer Comella arrested Erik Depina, 27, of 72 McCabe St. in Pawtucket on April 5 at 7:43 a.m. for domestic protective orders. His arrest is the result of the suspect being turned over by the Violent Fugitive Taskforce. He was later transported to the Third District Court.

SHOPLIFTING

On April 4 at 10:23 a.m. Officer Lang arrested Emilio Morales, 50, of 48 Waterman Av, North Providence for shoplifting and a Superior Court Bench Warrant. The arrest was a result of a call for service at 1011 Cranston St. He was held for arraignment pending arrival of a Justice of the Peace.

VANDALISM

On April 7 at 8:51 a.m. Officer Laplume arrested John Desjardins, 75, of 85 Briggs St. #1305 in Cranston for two counts of vandalism. The arrest was a result of an attempt pickup on a Cranston Police Warrant. He was held for arraignment pending arrival of a Justice of the Peace.

WARRANTS

On March 8 at 6:10 a.m., Officer O'Malley arrested Thierno Diallo, 24, of 314 Wood Ave. 3rd floor in Woonsocket, on a Woonsocket Police Department arrest warrant as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Ave. Diallo was later turned over to the Woonsocket Police.

Officer Laplume arrested Taylor Pires, 23, of 4 Crown St. in Providence on April 7 at 6:20 a.m. for an arrest warrant from Providence Police as a result of a traffic stop on Garfield Ave. Pires was later turned over to the Providence Police.

At 10:15 a.m. on April 7, Officer Manzotti arrested Clayton Robidoux, 50, of 39 Sophia St. in Cranston for a Superior Court Bench Warrant. The arrest was a result of a traffic stop on Webster Ave. Robidoux was later transported to the ACI.

Adam Timpani, 37, of 577 Park Ave., was arrested on April 6 at 3:39 a.m. by Officer Smith for a Superior Court Bench Warrant. The arrest is a result of suspicious activity call at Park Ave. and Elmwood Ave. Timpani was later transported to the ACI.

On April 4 at approximately 7:55 p.m., Officer Henry arrested Lionel Brown, 26, of 208 Roosevelt St. in Providence for an outstanding Third District Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 10 and Niantic Ave. He was later transported to the ACI Intake.
