ASSAULT

On January 7 at 10:10 a.m. officers arrested Aileen Santana, 29, of 32 Carr Street in Providence for domestic simple assault, domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct. The arrest was a result of the subject turning herself in on a Cranston Police Warrant. She was transported to the Third District Court.

DISORDERLY

Dawn Theodosiou, 44, of no fixed address, was arrested on January 6 at 6:47 p.m. for disorderly conduct and resisting legal or illegal arrest as a result of a service call at 5 Douglas Street. She was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

Mohammid Shikhalard, 22, of 439 Doric Avenue in Cranston was arrested on January 4 at approximately 4:55 p.m. for domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at the aforementioned address. He was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

On January 3 at approximately 7:10 p.m. an officer arrested Briana Swinson, 25, of 63 Scenic Drive in Cranston for domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Brayton Park. He was held awaiting arraignment as a bail violator.

At 9:44 a.m. on January 3 an officer arrested Evan Kilner, 28, of 41 Henrietta Street in Providence for domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 183 Hazelton St. He was processed and transported to court.

FALSE REPORT

On January 2 at 9:41 p.m. Officers arrested Joseph Franklin, 30, of 8 Sumner Avenue in Cranston for a false report of a crime as a result of a suspicious activity call on Whipple Ave. He was held for court as a probation violator.

FORGERY

As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 69 Hillwood Street on January 4 at approximately 5:56 p.m. officers arrested Christopher Carvalho, 23, of 11 What Cheer Avenue Apt. # 1 in Providence for illegal evidence of financial security, giving false documents to public officials, and forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates. He was then arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

POSSESSION

On January 4 at approximately 7:56 p.m. officers arrested Emanuel Jenkins, 42, of 158 Burnside Street in Providence for possession of a schedule I-V drug, forgery and counterfeiting of registration plates, and driving on a suspended license third offense or greater. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 1757 Cranston Street. He was held awaiting arraignment.

Officers arrested Aaron Christopher, 36, of 88 West Warwick Avenue in West Warwick on January 2 at 7:36 p.m. for possession of a schedule I-V narcotic.  He was arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace.

TRESPASSING

On January 5 at approximately 4:42 p.m., an officer arrested Randy Watson, 29, of 212 Orms Street in Providence for willful trespass. The arrest was the result of a call for service in the area of 921 Cranston Street. He was held awaiting arraignment as a probation violator.

WARRANTS

Officers arrested Jocelyn Lavigne, 31, of 182 Sabin Street #2 in Pawtucket on January 6 at 8:58 p.m. for a Third District Court bench warrant as a result of a traffic stop at 367 Laurel Hill Avenue. She was then transported to the ACI.

On January 6 at 9:23 a.m. an officer arrested Karina Sanchez, 21, of 18 Putnam Street in Providence for unlawful appropriation under $1000 as a result of the officer picking the suspect up on a Cranston Police Department affidavit and arrest warrant. She was arraigned by the bail commissioner.

At approximately 4:44 p.m. on January 5, officers arrested Rosales Ruiz, 27, of 100 Carr Street in Providence for an outstanding Third District Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Broad Street and Norwood Avenue. Ruiz was then transported to the ACI Intake.

Following a suspicious activity call in the area of Webster Avenue and Farmington Avenue on January 4 at approximately 9:07 p.m., officers arrested Robert Haney, 42, of no particular address for two outstanding Superior Court bench warrants. He was later transported to the ACI intake.

On January 3 at approximately 5:44 p.m. an officer arrested Dillin Cloutier, 19, of 1292 Post Road in Warwick for embezzlement/fraudulent Conversion. The arrest was the result of a pickup on an arrest and affidavit warrant at the Rhode Island State Police Hope Valley barracks. He was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

As a result of a traffic stop on Reservoir Avenue on January 2 at 4:01 p.m., officers arrested Quinones Jimenez, 31, of 967 Social Street Apt. 2 in Woonsocket for a Sixth District Court bench warrant. He was later transported to men’s intake at the ACI.
