EMBEZZLEMENT

On Jan. 31 at 6:15 p.m., police arrested Yanil Taveras, 26, 148 River Ave., Providence, on a charge of embezzlement. Police say Taveras was arrested after an investigation.

DUI

On Feb. 2 at 4:10 a.m., police arrested Santiago Martinez, 42, 185 McGill St., Apt. 3, Pawtucket, on a charge of driving under the influence. Police say Martinez was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Route 10.

DRUG CHARGES

On Jan. 28 at 10:33 a.m., police arrested Jon Paul Mastrobuono, 39, 60 Tomaquag Road, Bradford, on a charge of possession of morphine. Police say Mastrobuono was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Oaklawn Avenue.

On Jan. 30 at 10:30 p.m., police arrested Tracey Knuckles, 53, 27 Church St., Cranston, on two counts of making false representation to obtain a controlled substance.

On Jan. 31 at 2:45 p.m., police arrested Robert Pesapane, 66, 9 Gina Court, Cranston, on charges of manufacturing/possession/delivery of a controlled substance, growing of marijuana and driving without/expired license, second offense. Police say Pesapane was arrested in connection with a search warrant previously executed at 545 Atwood Ave.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Jan. 28 at 12:41 p.m., police arrested Dillon A. Dourado, 24, 55 Beacon St., Cranston, on a charge of domestic disorderly conduct.

On Jan. 29 at 9:36 p.m., police arrested Cheyenne Dailey, 32, 549 Park Ave., Apt. 1, Cranston, on charges of domestic disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Police say Dailey was additionally taken into custody on bench warrants issued from Superior Court and Fourth Division District Court.

On Jan. 30 at 9:36 a.m., police arrested Migueleyn Pujols, 27, of 586 Park Ave., Cranston, on charges of for domestic disorderly conduct, domestic simple assault and domestic vandalism.

On Jan. 30 at approximately 8:30 p.m., police arrested Kyle Roots, 30, 664 Broad St., Providence, on charges of domestic disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct.

RECKLESS DRIVING

On Jan. 29 at 12:49 a.m., police arrested Judith Carolina Tavarez, 33 87 Chestnut Ave., Cranston, on a charge of reckless driving/eluding police. Police say Tavarez was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Chestnut Avenue.

FORGERY

On Jan. 27 at approximately 6:44 p.m., police arrested Mark Mack, 52, 65 Ledge St., Providence, on a charge of forgery/counterfeiting of registration plates. Police say Mack was additionally taken into custody as a fugitive from justice. Police say Mack was arrested after a motor vehicle stop in the area of 20 Mathewson St.

SHOPLIFTING

On Jan. 30 at 8:15 a.m., police arrested Kyle Waite, 33, 530 Laurel Hill Ave., Cranston, on multiple counts of shoplifting and conspiracy. Police say Waite turned himself in at the department’s headquarters.

On Feb. 1 at 10 a.m., police arrested Meaghan Dube, 38, 31 Old Carriage Road, Apt. 66, West Warwick, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Dube was arrested at Third Division District Court.

On Feb. 2 at 4:51 p.m., police arrested Thuy Huynh, 50, 52 Greenwich St., Apt. 2, Dorchester, Massachusetts, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Huynh was arrested after officers responded to a report of shoplifting on Chapel View Boulevard.

OBSTRUCTION

On Feb. 2 at approximately 7 p.m., police arrested Jennie Diaz, 28, 326 Academy Ave., Providence, on a charge of obstructing an officer in execution of duty. Diaz was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Jan. 27 at 11:59 p.m., police arrested Richard T. Bentley, 34, 34 Vigilant Street, Apt. 2, Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct and two counts of simple assault. Police say Bentley was arrested after officers responded to a reported disturbance on Vigilant Street.

On Jan. 27 at 11:59 p.m., police arrested Aimee R. Medeiros, 35, 34 Vigilant Street, Apt. 2, Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct and two counts of simple assault. Police say Medeiros was arrested after officers responded to a reported disturbance on Vigilant Street.

On Jan. 30 at approximately 12 p.m., police arrested Michael Fracassa, 50, 95 Chestnut St., Franklin, Massachusetts, on charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police say Fracassa was arrested after officers responded to a reported disturbance on Macklin Street.

On Jan. 30 at approximately 8 p.m., police arrested Lamberto Nunez, 44, 26 Bracken St., second floor, Cranston, on charges of disorderly conduct and assault with a dangerous weapon. Police say Nunez was arrested after officers responded to a reported disturbance on Bracken Street.

On Feb. 1 at approximately 11:18 a.m., police arrested Dennis Jarvis, 46, 1214 Cranston St., Apt. 213, Cranston, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police say Jarvis was arrested after officers responded to a report of suspicious activity on Cranston Street.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

On Feb. 1 at approximately 11:40 a.m., police arrested James O’Neill, 37, 380 Farmington Ave., Apt. 2, Cranston, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say O’Neill was also taken into custody on an arrest warrant issued from West Warwick Police.

FAILURE TO REPORT

On Jan. 28 at 9:25 a.m., police arrested Joel C. Rivera, 21, 86 Woodward St., East Providence, on a charge of failing to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say Rivera turned himself in at the department’s headquarters.

On Jan. 28 at approximately 7:38 p.m., police arrested Jacob Winiarski, 26, 316 Manville Road, Woonsocket, on a charge of failing to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say Winiarski was transferred from the custody of Woonsocket Police.

On Jan. 29 at approximately 11:30 a.m., police arrested Danis Pelaez, 42, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of failing to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say Pelaez turned himself in at the department’s headquarters.

On Jan. 30 at 7:25 a.m., police arrested Richard Mottram, 48, 501 Reservoir Ave., Cranston, on a charge of failing to report an address change as a sex offender. Police say Mottram turned himself in at the department’s headquarters.

WARRANT

On Jan. 27 at approximately 3:54 p.m., police took Jose Perez-Arzola, 56, no address listed, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Perez-Arzola was arrested after a motor vehicle stop in the area of 1450 Elmwood Ave.

On Jan. 27 at approximately 5:26 p.m., police took Amunike Cruz, 22, 654 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Cruz was arrested after a motor vehicle stop in the area of 1992 Broad St.

On Jan. 28 at approximately 9:08 p.m., police took Bret Lesuer, 25, 24 Bateman Ave., Cranston, into custody on a warrant issued from North Providence Police. Police say Lesuer was arrested after officers responded to a reported disturbance on Pontiac Avenue. Lesuer was transferred to the custody of North Providence Police.
