Remember the (new) name
This past Sept. 21, Mayor Allan Fung held an Official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Schastea, formally known as The Elephant Room, in Pawtuxet Village, that has changed its name to Schastea. Schastea is a local tearoom and creperie. Still under the same ownership, by Tony and Olga Lopez, has been in business for five years. They now have two locations one on Broadway, in Providence’s trending west end, the other located in historic Pawtuxet Village. They are located at 2170 Broad St. in Cranston.
