Speak-Out: Recycling scofflaws, school district sour grapes

I thought Bristol had a policy where IF YOU DON’T PUT YOUR RECYCLING BUCKET OUT, they don’t take your trash. Well, I’ve seen this one house that hasn’t had it out in a month or so, and they still take it. I don’t understand that one, unless these guys don’t know what a recycling bucket looks like.

I am calling about the number of articles about the Bristol Warren Regional School District. IF PARENTS DO NOT LIKE IT, they must home school their kids. Thank you
