Tiverton Police: Domestic offenses, cyberstalking charges

Tuesday, March 21

Carlos M. Villanueva, 26, of Fall River, was arrested on a 2nd District Court bench warrant at 10:56 a.m. on Main Road.

Justin Turner, 31, of 1 Mill St. (Bourne Mill), Tiverton, was charged with trespassing and two counts of narcotics possession. The 8:15 p.m. arrest involved an incident at another Bourne Mill apartment.

Wednesday, March 22

At 1:07 a.m., Erick Alan Hartnett, 31, of 1 Mill St. (Bourne Mill), Tiverton, was charged at that address with narcotics possession, obstructing a police officer, simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Thursday, March 23

John M. Costa, 46, of 301 Bulgarmarsh Road, Tiverton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, refusing a chemical breath test (second violation), and driving with a suspended license. He was stopped at 2:27 a.m. on Route 24 south.

Aires Camara, 50, of 86 Wood St., Tiverton, was charged with disorderly conduct at 3:38 p.m. after an incident at Tiverton High School.

Friday, March 24

Edwin Perez, 37, of 133 Caribou Way, Tiverton, was charged with domestic assault, domestic disorderly conduct and domestic vandalism after a 7 a.m. incident at that address.

At 9:10 p.m. at a Stafford Road address, Eddie R. Dansereau, 19, of Swansea, Mass., was charged with domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct.

Saturday, March 25

Edward Santos, 52, of 93 John Duggan Road, Tiverton, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct at 2:03 a.m. at that address.

Francisco X. Aguiar, 53, of East Providence, was charged with cyberstalking after a 10:32 a.m. incident involving a Hooper Street resident.

After a 10:23 p.m. stop on Main Road, Brandon Cantelmo, 25, of Fall River, was charged with driving under the influence.

Sunday, March 26

Eric P. Chase, 59, of Fall River, was charged with driving with a foreign license after his was suspended.
