Winter Show at New Hope Gallery runs through

The Holiday/Winter Show of New Hope Art Gallery opened on Nov. 15 at the Cranston Senior Enrichment Center, 1070 Cranston St., Cranston. The Holiday/Winter Show features more than 400 pieces of 2D and 3D art including ceramic, digital, drawing, fabric, furniture, glass, mixed media, mosaic, painting, photography and sculpture from 100 local, national, senior, special needs and student artists and will be displayed through March.

“Our mission is to bring art to all people and all people to art,” said Ricky Gagnon, director/curator of the New Hope Art Gallery at the Cranston Senior Enrichment Center.

The evening featured music by Jim Chapin, Mark Greenwood and Bob Ruzzo.

The Holiday/Winter Show featured 12 new artists and 85 returning artists. “We also featured 15 tables of original art and fine prints at very affordable prices for early holiday gift shopping. All art purchased from the Gallery is tax free,” said Gagnon.

Also available for sale were five newly designed New Hope Art Gallery buttons by Ted DiLucia with all profits going to help support the gallery, which is a non-profit.
