Gerard T. Powers, 77 Tiverton

Gerard T. Powers, 77 of Tiverton, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2017.  He was the husband of Doris B. (Forcier) Powers. 

Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Helen (Sullivan) and Thomas Powers. 

Prior to his retirement, he had worked as a snack food distributor.  He was a member of the Montaup Country Club and the Knights of Columbus. 

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Tracy Marshall (husband Arthur), and a son, Shaun Powers.  He also leaves grandchildren Kyle Powers, Owen Marshall and Liam Marshall.  Private services were under the direction of the Pocasset Memorial Funeral Home, 462 Main Road, Tiverton.   www.almeida-pocasset.com for on line guest book.
