ASSAULT
As a result of a call for service at 26 Hemlock Ave. on December 4 at 10:50 a.m., officers arrested Matthew Edward Cunha, 30, of 26 Hemlock Ave. for felony assault with a dangerous weapon. He was then arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.
COUNTERFEIT
Officers arrested Sarah McCabe, 31, of 43 Paine Ave in Cranston on December 3 at 11:28 p.m. for counterfeiting of registration plates as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston St. near Frankfort St. He was held awaiting arraignment.
DISORDERLY
On December 8 at 4:50 p.m. officers arrested Deyanira Mota, 36, of 171 Mulberry St. Apt # 3 in Pawtucket for disorderly conduct, simple assault, and resisting legal or illegal arrest. Also arrested was Erin Mitchell, 28, of 1044 Lonsdale Ave. in Central Falls for disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Catanzaro’s at 1283 Park Ave. Both were arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

At 7:21 p.m. on December 7, Officers arrested Keri Cyr, 39, of 1304 Cranston St. Apt. 2, in Cranston for disorderly conduct and simple assault as a result of a disturbance at 1105 Pontiac Ave. Also arrested was Skyla Cyr, 18, of 45 Queen St. in Cranston for disorderly conduct. Both were arraigned and released by the Justice of the Peace.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
As the result of a car crash on Reservoir Ave. near Beckwith St. on December 9 at 11:42 p.m., officers arrested Eddie Pena, 53, of 3505 Broadway Ave. suite 27, in New York, NY for driving under the influence second offense and refusal to submit to a chemical test. He was held awaiting arraignment.

On December 5 at 8:24 p.m., officers arrested Andrew Konicov, 34, of 78 Sea View Ave. in Cranston for driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident in the area of Dunkin Donuts at 900 Cranston St. He was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.
EMBEZZLEMENT
On December 5 at 4:20 p.m. officers arrested Freile Perez Fajardo, 19, of 122 Gallatin St. in Providence for embezzlement/fraudulent conversion over $100. The arrest was the result of an investigation at the Lowes at 247 Garfield Ave. Fajardo was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.
NO CONTACT
Officers arrested Robert Scott Whitford, 37, of 52 Pike St. in Wakefield on December 5 at 11:02 a.m. for violation of a no contact order, third offense, and domestic disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 42 Frances Ave. He was processed and transported to court.
POSSESSION
Louis Salvati, 61, of 106 Argyle St. in Cranston, was arrested on December 8 at 11:42 p.m., officers arrested for possession of a schedule I-V drug (cocaine) as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Ave. near Legion Way. He was held awaiting arraignment.
SEX OFFENDER ADDRESS
On December 10 at 10:05 a.m., detectives arrested Chandler Cardente, 24, with a last known address of 30 Howard Avenue in Cranston for a sex offender address change. His arrest was the result of an investigation and pick-up at 1556 Post Road in Warwick. He was transported to the Third District Court.
SHOPLIFTING
Officers arrested Eduardo Calderon, 65, of 160 Broad St, in Providence on December 9 at 12:49 p.m. for felony shoplifting. The arrest was a result of a call for service at 1776 Plainfield Pk. He was held awaiting arraignment.

Luis Cruz , 41, of 19 Clematis St. in Providence was arrested on December 5 at 9:27 p.m. for shoplifting. The arrest was the result of a pickup at Providence Police on an arrest and affidavit warrant out of Cranston. He was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.
WARRANT
On December 8 at 8:52 a.m. Officers arrested Angel Ramirez, 58, of 1214 Cranston St. Apt # 427 in Cranston, for a Third District Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop at 1214 Cranston St. Ramirez was later transported to the ACI. ***** Officers arrested Kathryn Marroquin Velasquez, 21, of 78 Illinois Street Central Falls, on December 8 at 12:33 a.m., for a warrant out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop at Narragansett Blvd. at Massachusetts Ave. She was turned over to the Warwick Police Department. ***** Marcus Johnson, 20, of 74 Updike St. Apt. 1, in Providence was arrested on December 7 at 4:47 p.m. for obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, two Superior Court bench warrants, and a Sixth District Court bench warrant as a result of a traffic stop on Pontiac Ave. He was transported to the ACI Men’s Intake.
