DOMESTIC CHARGES

On Feb. 19 at 11:16 p.m., police arrested Bobby Armes, 45, 1051 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, on charges of domestic assault on a person over 60, domestic strangulation, domestic disorderly conduct and domestic failure to relinquish a telephone.

On Feb. 20 at 9:20 a.m., police arrested Lauren Ruggiano, 28, 110 Harvard St., Cranston, on a charge of domestic simple assault.

On Feb. 21 at 10:15 a.m., police arrested Warren Rowlett, 34, 14 Vallette St., Cranston, on charges of vandalism, domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Feb. 22 at 1:05 a.m., police arrested Tatyana M. Cepeda, 20, 165 Cherry Hill Road, Johnston, on charges of domestic simple assault, domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Feb. 23 at 1:13 a.m., police arrested Peter Khoy, 27, 168 Hanover St., Apt. 3, Providence, on charges of domestic simple assault/battery, domestic disorderly conduct, unnecessary cruelty to animals and two counts of Simple Assault.

On Feb. 23 at 11:24 a.m., police arrested Anthony Pichardo, 22, 42 Cumerford St., Providence, on charges of domestic disorderly conduct and fifth-degree domestic arson.

NO CONTACT VIOLATION

On Feb. 20 at 12:20 a.m., police arrested Ronald Duffy, 62, 6 Howard St., basement, Cranston, on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.

DUI

On Feb. 23 at 10:30 p.m., police arrested Thomas Sweeney, 57, 39 Sunset Shore Drive, Narragansett, on charges of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police say Sweeney was arrested after officers responded to a motor vehicle accident at Cranston and Carolina streets.

LEAVING THE SCENE

On Feb. 20 at approximately 10 p.m., police arrested Angela Dolarian, 40, 224 Hazelton St., Cranston, on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident-attended vehicle. Police say Dolarian was arrested after police responded to a motor vehicle accident in the area of Park and Reservoir avenues.

SHOPLIFTING

On Feb. 20 at 12 p.m., police arrested Dawn Evans, 48, 61 Hurdis St., North Providence, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Evans was arrested after officers responded to a call from loss prevention at the Stop & Shop location on Garfield Avenue.

On Feb. 22 at 1:16 p.m., police arrested John Richards, 45, 45 Imperial Ave., Cranston, on a charge of shoplifting. Police say Richards was arrested after officers responded to a call from loss prevention at Lowe’s on Garfield Avenue.

FORGERY

On Feb. 20 at 9 a.m., police arrested Tasha Weeden, 30, 297 Washington St., Providence, on charges of forgery/counterfeiting of registration plates and giving a false document to an agent/public official. Police say Weeden was arrested after a motor vehicle stop.

On Feb. 23 at 12:44 a.m., police arrested Lemuel De La Cruz, 21, 26 Leading St., Johnston, on charges of forgery/counterfeiting of registration plates and giving false document to public official. Police say De La Cruz was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Cranston and Washington streets.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

On Feb. 18 at 5 p.m., police arrested Randy Cortes-Melo, 20, 295 Woonasquatucket Ave., North Providence, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. He was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Sixth Division District Court. Police say Cortes-Melo was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue.

On Feb. 18 at 5:26 p.m., police arrested Ronald Nelson, 50, 386 Dyer Ave., Cranston, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Nelson was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Dyer Avenue.

On Feb. 18 at 7:25 p.m., police arrested Sharif Fairweather, 43, 163 Gallatin St., Providence, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Fairweather was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Avenue.

On Feb. 21 at 1:46 a.m., police arrested Alberto Ayala Jr., 25, 1 Michigan Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, on a charge of driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Ayala was arrested after a motor vehicle stop in the area of 1076 Reservoir Ave.

NO LICENSE

On Feb. 23 at 4:18 p.m., police arrested Cesar Valdez-Ramos, 33, 39 Dunham St., Apt. 1, Attleboro, Massachusetts, on a charge of driving without a license, third or subsequent offense. Police say Valdez-Ramos was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street.

TRESPASSING

On Feb. 23 at 1:33 a.m., police arrested William Reis, 62, Althea St., Providence, on a charge of trespassing. Police say Reis was arrested on Birch Street.

FAILURE TO NOTIFY

On Feb. 20 at 11:03 p.m., police arrested Reginald Junior Correa, 37, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, on a charge of failing to report an address change as a sex offender.

WARRANT

On Feb. 18 at 4:24 p.m., police took Kelly Medico, 33, 17 Magnolia St., Cranston, into custody on an arrest warrant issued from Rhode Island State Police. Police say Medico was arrested after officers responded to a report of a suspicious person at the Garden Village Apartments on Pontiac Avenue.

On Feb. 18 at 5:26 p.m., police took Matthew Squadrito, 26, 2030 Elmwood Ave., Warwick, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Superior Court. Police say Squadrito was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Pike.

On Feb. 20 at approximately 8 p.m., police arrested Cassandra Lemos, 22, 42 Providence St., West Warwick, on a warrant issued from South Kingstown Police. Police say Lemos was arrested after a motor vehicle stop in the area of 1710 Broad St.

On Feb. 21 at 2:59 a.m., police arrested Karima Thompson, 43, 1612 Chalkstone Ave., Providence, on two counts of sale or concealment of leased personal property. Police say Thompson was transferred from the custody of Providence Police.

On Feb. 21 at 9:55 a.m., police took Richard Shea, 38, 36 Greenhill St., West Warwick, into custody on two arrest warrants issued by Warwick Police. Police say Shea was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Warwick Avenue.

On Feb. 21 at 11:59 p.m., police took Felicia Marie Iavarone, 25, 60 Lakeview Drive, Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Iavarone was arrested after officers responded to a report of a suspicious person at the McDonald’s location on Cranston Street.

On Feb. 22 at 7:14 a.m., police took Robert King, 34, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, into custody on a warrant issued by Providence Police. Police say King turned himself in at the Cranston’s department’s headquarters.

On Feb. 24 at 1:05 a.m., police arrested Victor Hernandez, 47, 374 Plainfield St., Apt. 3, Providence, on a charge of obstructing an officer in the execution of duty. Hernandez was additionally taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Hernandez was arrested after officers observed a suspicious person on Franklin Avenue.

On Feb. 25 at 1:12 a.m., police took Kelvin Perez, 23, 178 Whittier Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, into custody on a bench warrant issued from Third Division District Court. Police say Perez was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Laurel Hill and Maplewood avenues.
